There is no fee charged for you
or your family to consult with us. Our fee is based on a percentage
of what we are able to obtain.
In short, we don't get paid unless we win your case.
Fees depend
on the type of case you have and the complexity of your case.
In medical malpractice, for example, the fee schedule
has been set by the New York State Legislature. Fees in other
cases are governed by rules adopted by the New York State Bar
Association. The maximum fee in any case is thirty-three and
one-third percent of your net recovery.
When we accept your
case, you can be sure that all of the resources and expertise
of the firm will be committed to obtaining the
