Personal Injury Matters

We do not charge a legal fee to you or your family to consult with us regarding personal injury law. Our fee is based on a percentage of what we are able to obtain. In short, we do not get paid unless we win your case.

Fees depend on the type of case you have and the complexity of your case. In medical malpractice, for example, the fee schedule has been set by the New York State Legislature. Fees in other cases are governed by rules adopted by the New York State Bar Association. The maximum fee in any case is 33 1/3 percen of your net recovery (after deduction of costs and disbursements).

When we accept your case, you can be sure that all of the resources and expertise of the firm will be committed to obtaining the highest recovery for you.
