E. Stewart Jones, Jr. graduated from Williams College in 1963 and Albany Law School in 1966 when he joined his family's firm. Since then he has earned a reputation as a tireless advocate for the rights of those who have been injured by others, as well as those who have been accused of significant crimes.
His success has earned him the distinction of being the only New York State lawyer outside of New York City to be elected to the four most exclusive national organizations honoring outstanding trial lawyers: the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Inner Circle of Advocates, the International Society of Barristers and the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Jones is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. Read more.
W. Farley Jones graduated from Princeton University in 1965 and from Albany Law School in 1982. Over the years, he has developed extensive experience in all areas of personal injury law. In medical malpractice litigation, his cases have ranged from brain-damaged infants to spouses who have lost their partner, to individuals who have suffered amputations - all due to medical negligence. In these and other cases, he has obtained numerous six-figure verdicts and six- and seven-figure settlements. Beyond medical malpractice, Mr. Jones handles a broad range of personal injury claims, including those resulting from automobile accidents, workplace injuries and falls on hazardous surfaces. George E. LaMarche III graduated from Siena College in 1997 and Albany Law School in 2000. While at Albany Law School, he served as an Executive Editor for Lead Articles on the Albany Law Review. He has completed intensive training in the art and skills of trial advocacy with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He became an associate of the firm in 2000.
Mr. LaMarche was admitted to practice law in New York State in 2001. He is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, as well as the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Read more.
Meghan Rielly Keenholts graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School in 2005 where she served as an Executive Editor of the Albany Law Review and as a Dean Thomas Sponsler Teaching Fellow. Ms. Keenholts graduated summa cum laude from Bucknell University in 1999, where she double-majored in English and Political Science. She has also studied in London and Washington, D.C. Ms. Keenholts is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Justinian honor societies. Ms. Keenholts previously worked as a law clerk for E. Stewart Jones, PLLC. She became an associate with the firm upon her graduation - the first woman attorney in the firm's history. Read more.
Sarah Spain Holt Sarah Spain Holt graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2002 (B.A. in Political Science/Art History), and is a 2007 cum laude graduate of Albany Law School, Union University. While at Albany Law she served as a member of the Albany Law Review, the American Inns of Court, competed on the National Trial Team, and served as a law clerk for E. Stewart Jones, PLLC.
Ms. Holt was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in January 2008, and was admitted to practice in Federal Court in the Northern District of New York in 2010. Read more.
