Supporters pool funds to save Troy’s Tosca

TROY — A group of businesspeople led by Troy attorney E. Stewart Jones Jr. has stepped forward to help reopen the Tosca Grille.
Chef Larry Schepici closed his high-end downtown restaurant, an adjacent retail store and the Illium Cafe, on Sept. 21, apparently after a dispute with representatives of the state Department of Taxation and Finance.
