W. Farley Jones

 W. Farley Jones graduated from Princeton University
in 1965 and from Albany Law School in 1982. Over the years, he
has developed extensive experience in all areas of personal injury
practice. In medical malpractice litigation, his cases have ranged
from brain-damaged infants to spouses who have suffered the loss
of their partner, to individuals who have suffered amputations
- all due to medical negligence. In these and other cases, he has
obtained numerous six-figure verdicts and six- and seven-figure
settlements. Beyond medical malpractice, Mr. Jones handles a broad
range of personal injury claims, including those resulting from
automobile accidents, on-the-job injuries and falls on hazardous
surfaces.
Mr. Jones was admitted to practice in New York State in 1983.
He has been admitted to the United States District Court for the
Northern District of New York and has also been admitted to practice
before the United States Claims Court where he has represented
infants profoundly injured through vaccines. He is a member of
the New York State Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association,
and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
